LKK Promotions
LKK is pleased to announce the recent promotion of several of the firm’s members.
Senior associate Eva Kalnina has been promoted to counsel. Ms Kalnina, a Latvian national, joined LKK in 2009. She specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration, with focus on energy, oil & gas and construction matters. She sits as arbitrator under the ICC, LCIA, SCC and other rules, is a member of the Court at the PCA, a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators, a Council member of the Georgian International Arbitration Center (GIAC) and a member of the Council of Independent Experts in International and European Law of the Republic of Latvia. She is also a Representative of ICC YAF Europe (2017-2019) and has acted as the co-coordinator of Young ICCA Europe (2013-2014). Ms Kalnina holds an LLM from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.
Associates William McAuliffe (LL.M., admitted to the Irish and English rolls of Solicitors), Marion Paris (LL.M., admitted to the Paris Bar), Fabrice Robert-Tissot (PhD, LL.M., admitted to the New York and Geneva bars), Brianna Quinn (LL.M., admitted to the New South Wales Supreme Court, Australia) and Silja Schaffstein (PhD, LL.M., admitted to the New York and Geneva bars) have been promoted to senior associates. In addition, associate Erika Hasler (LL.M.) has been appointed as the firm’s Head of Knowledge Management.
