LKK is currently looking for a Swiss-qualified lawyer with a few years of experience in the areas of international arbitration, litigation and contract law.


We offer a challenging and varied position within a young and friendly team. We are looking for a team player with a proactive approach, autonomy and excellent analytical and communications skills. Fluent French and English and a good knowledge of German.

In order to strengthen the secretariat of one of our Partners, we are looking for a



Legal Administrative Assistant (fluent in Spanish)



This is a challenging and varied full time position aimed for a person who already has some experience in a similar role.


The tasks include classical secretarial duties such as organizing travel, maintaining diary, preparing files for conferences, organizing conference calls, creating physical and electronic files, archiving, typing dictaphone dictations and also advanced formatting of documents (using styles, adding tables of contents, etc). The latter requires an extensive knowledge of MS Office and Word in particular.


The main tasks consist of following and monitoring legal records, preparing hearing files, invoicing (in collaboration with the accounting department) as well as handling filings. It is thus essential to be proactive, organized and flexible.


Providing basic IT support to other members of the law firm and helping out with daily hassles (such as a paper jam in a printer) is also a part of the job. Therefore, having a solution-oriented mind and being at ease with general office technology will be of help.


Here at LKK we mostly work in English, therefore being a native speaker or having a proficiency level in English, in addition to Spanish and French, is fundamental.
