Sumin Jo is a Swiss-qualified attorney specializing in international arbitration and cross-border disputes. She acts as counsel in arbitral proceedings and regularly serves as secretary to arbitral tribunals. Her work also includes representing clients in annulment and enforcement proceedings before the Swiss courts.

Prior to joining LKK Arbitration, Sumin worked at an international law firm in Geneva, where she was involved in a broad range of commercial arbitration matters across sectors including medical devices, distribution, construction, M&A and international sales. She has also represented athletes, sports federations and other stakeholders in the sports sector in disciplinary and arbitral proceedings, including before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Earlier in her career, she practiced public international law within United Nations organizations (WHO, ILO and OHCHR), focusing on the implementation of international standards and conventions.

Sumin is a Foreign Legal Correspondent for The Law Times Korea (법률신문), for which she regularly contributes updates on developments in Swiss arbitration and contract law practice for the Korean legal community.

She is admitted to the Geneva Bar and works in Korean, French and English.
