Representative commercial arbitrations include:

  • An arbitration regarding a dispute in connection with a broadcasting contract and a sponsorship contract governed by Swiss law between an international sports federation and a Chinese private company (as counsel to the claimant)
  • An arbitration regarding a dispute in connection with a shareholders’ agreement governed by Algerian law between a Spanish company and a state-controlled Algerian company (as secretary to the arbitral tribunal)
  • An arbitration regarding a dispute in connection with four sales contracts governed by Swiss and Brazilian law between companies belonging to two multinational groups of companies (as secretary to the tribunal)
  • An arbitration regarding a dispute in connection with a licensing contract governed by Swiss law between an international sports organization and two American-based respondents (as counsel to the claimant)
