LKK Promotes

LKK Arbitration is pleased to announce the promotion of Eolos Rigopoulos to Counsel, effective 1 July 2026.

Eolos joined LKK Arbitration as an Associate in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023. Qualified in Switzerland and New York, he has acted as counsel, arbitrator, tribunal secretary and legal expert in more than 30 international commercial and sports arbitrations.

His experience spans proceedings under a broad range of arbitration rules, including the ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules and the CAS Code. He also advises and represents clients before the Swiss courts, including in arbitration-related proceedings to set aside Swiss arbitral awards and to recognize or enforce foreign arbitral awards.

Eolos focuses on the resolution of complex commercial disputes arising from sales contracts, M&A transactions, shareholders’ agreements, media and sponsorship rights agreements, and agency, licensing and brokerage contracts. His work covers a wide range of industries, including banking and finance, construction, sports, media, energy and natural resources, and technology.

In addition to his practice, Eolos regularly publishes on international arbitration and sports law. He is ranked as a Future Leader in arbitration and as a Recommended practitioner in sports law in the Lexology Index (2026 edition, Non-Partners), and has also been recognized by Legal 500 as a Key Lawyer in LKK Arbitration’s international arbitration practice.
