LKK Team succeeds before Swiss Supreme Court

LKK lawyers Antonio Rigozzi, Sabina Sacco and Fabrice Robert-Tissot successfully represented a major Greek company in setting aside proceedings against an ICC award before the Swiss Supreme Court. In its decision of 24 January 2017 (4A_672/2016), the Supreme Court dismissed the action entirely.

In the ICC arbitration, which dealt with a dispute arising from a sale agreement relating to an industrial machine, the Arbitral Tribunal had upheld LKK’s client’s claims in full, dismissed all counterclaims, and ordered the respondent to pay all costs
