LKK successfully represents major Greek company in an ICC arbitration

A team of LKK lawyers (partners Antonio Rigozzi and Sabina Sacco, together with associate Fabrice Robert-Tissot) successfully represented the buyer, a Greek company, in a dispute arising from the purchase of an industrial machine from a German company.

A three-member ICC Arbitral Tribunal unanimously upheld LKK’s client’s claims in full, rejected all of the seller’s counterclaims, and ordered the seller to bear the entirety of the arbitration costs and to reimburse the buyer’s attorney’s fees and other expenses.
