- An ICSID arbitration between a West Asian investor in the real estate sector and a European State (Assistant to the Tribunal).
- An UNCITRAL arbitration between North and Central American investors in the aviation industry and a Central American State (Tribunal Secretary).
- An ICC arbitration between two European companies in relation to a joint venture in the petrochemical industry (Administrative Assistant to the Tribunal).
- An SAC arbitration between European, Middle Eastern and Caribbean entities in relation to the construction of a power plant in a Middle Eastern State (member of the counsel team representing the claimants).
- An ICSID arbitration under the Energy Charter Treaty between a major Austrian construction company and the Federal Republic of Germany, relating to investment projects in the renewable energy sector (member of the counsel team representing the claimant).*
- A DIS arbitration between a strategic investor in the elderly care industry and the sellers of a care home operator, involving claims for fraudulent inducement (member of the counsel team representing the claimant).*
- A dispute (resolved by settlement) between a leading airplane manufacturer and a supplier, in connection with a contract providing for ICC arbitration (member of the counsel team representing the claimant).*
Representative litigation experience includes, before the German courts:
- Proceedings between a technology company and users of its social media platform relating to claims of alleged data protection breaches (member of the counsel team representing the respondent).*
