Representative arbitration proceedings include:
- A SIAC arbitration between a Chinese company and an Albanian company arising out of several sales contracts (as tribunal secretary)
- An ICC arbitration between a Barbadian oil company and a Tunisian public entity relating to the performance of an oil sales contract (as counsel to the claimant)
- An ICSID arbitration between British oil companies and an African State relating to the exploitation of several oil concessions (as counsel to the claimants)
- An ICSID arbitration between Hope Services LLC and the Republic of Cameroon (ICSID Case No. ARB/20/2) (as counsel to the claimant)
Representative arbitration-related court proceedings include:
- Proceedings before French courts (“juge d’appui” and Paris Court of Appeal) relating to certain decisions taken by the ICC in an arbitration, and subsequent enforcement proceedings (as counsel to the ICC)
Representative international litigation proceedings include:
- French court proceedings relating to antitrust claims for damages between a Luxembourgish company and the French subsidiary of an Italian automotive company (as counsel to the respondent)
Representative advisory work includes:
- Advising an African State in drafting a model bilateral investment treaty and elaborating a national strategy for the negotiation of bilateral investment treaties concluded by that State
- Advising a French transport and logistics company in restructuring its foreign investments, particularly in Africa
- Advising an international organization and an African State in a pre-arbitration dispute against a multinational construction company, regarding a road rehabilitation project
- Advising a French civil engineering company regarding the enforcement of a Hungarian arbitral award in France
