Adrien specializes in international arbitration and dispute resolution. He advises and represents clients in both commercial and investment disputes, with a particular focus on the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. He participated in numerous arbitrations under major arbitral rules (including ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL) and international disputes governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws (including French, Swiss, Italian, Dutch, Belgian, English, Russian, Georgian, Egyptian, Moroccan, Algerian, Cameroonian, Togolese, Ivoirian, OHADA and South-African). Adrien also advises and represents clients with respect to arbitration-related court proceedings.
Before joining Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, Adrien worked in the international arbitration department of a major international law firm and in a leading international arbitration firm in Paris. He also worked in-house for a major port operator. He has held teaching positions in the fields of international commercial arbitration, contract law, and the law of obligations at the Universities of Paris-Panthéon-Assas and Strasbourg.
Adrien is admitted to the Paris Bar. He holds a Ph.D. in private international law (summa cum laude) and a master’s degree in international law (summa cum laude) from the Universities of Strasbourg and Nantes.
