LKK Partner Laurent Lévy was invited to speak on “Cross-Cultural Approaches to Advocacy and Arbitral Decision-Making” at the 27th Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Workshop, which was devoted to Subconscious Influences in International Arbitration and took place in in Dallas, Texas, on 17-19 June 2015.
