LKK Speaking Engagement

LKK partner Antonio Rigozzi was invited to speak at the Geneva Association of Business Law (AGDA)’s seminar on “Corruption in sports”, which was held at the University of Geneva on 30 November 2016.

Prof. Rigozzi’s address dealt with the treatment of corruption by sports tribunals, in comparison with the approach(es) prevailing before national courts, covering in particular the evidentiary challenges in light of the applicable regulations and the resulting case law.
