Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler’s MIDS 2019-2020 Scholar

Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler was very pleased to welcome Ms Vera Bykova, recipient of the Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler MIDS 2019-2020 Scholarship, in the firm’s offices on 5 December 2019.

 

Ms Bykova met with the LKK team and gave a presentation on the recent legislative reforms regarding arbitration in her home country, Russia. A Russian-qualified lawyer with over 3 years of experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation, Ms Bykova holds an LL.B. in International Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and an LL.M. in Private International Law from the Higher School of Economics, Moscow. The full scholarship donated by Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler will cover Ms Bykova’s tuition fees and living expenses for the duration of the MIDS 2019-2020 program. She is the first recipient of the Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler MIDS Scholarship, which was launched this year. The firm intends to continue this program by granting one such scholarship to an eligible student for future MIDS academic years.
