Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler takes office as ICCA President

On 18 April 2018, at the close of the ICCA 2018 Sydney Congress, Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler has taken over as President of the Council. She will lead ICCA until the close of the next Congress, to be held in 2020 in Edinburgh.
