Samuel Halff specializes in international commercial and sports arbitration. He has acted as counsel, arbitrator or secretary of the arbitral tribunal in various international arbitration proceedings under different rules. He also appears before Swiss state courts in arbitration and commercial related disputes.
Sam’s areas of practice include banking and finance disputes, distribution agreements, trade of natural resources, international sales, purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, shareholders’ disputes and service agreements along with matters related to international cooperation and estate law.
Formerly, Samuel Halff was partner of a corporate and commercial boutique law firm in Geneva, before joining Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler in 2016.
