Sajjad H. Nobari is a Swiss-qualified lawyer specializing in domestic and international commercial law, sports law and dispute resolution. He provides clients with advice and represents them as counsel before arbitral tribunals and the Swiss courts, including in the framework of cross-border disputes.
Sajjad’s areas of practice include contract law, mainly focusing on international sales, trade, in particular related to natural resources and commodities, services, agency, distribution, infrastructure agreements and joint ventures, as well as sports law, association law, debt-collection proceedings, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Before joining Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler in 2017, Sajjad was a member of the arbitration team of the Geneva office of a top tier international law firm. He also served as the Managing Associate of the international division of a commercial law firm in Tehran (Iran).
Sajjad is a member of the Geneva Bar, fluent in English, French and Persian (Farsi).
