Nina Lauber-Thommesen specializes in international commercial arbitration. Over the past seven years, Nina has participated in over 40 international commercial arbitrations under a variety of arbitration rules, including the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules and the UNCITRAL Rules. Nina’s areas of expertise include energy, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, international sales, banking and finance, services, construction and sports related disputes.

Nina’s experience in international commercial arbitration encompasses both perspectives of the bar and the bench as she acts as counsel and as arbitrator. Nina also advises clients on annulment proceedings and other court proceedings related to recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.

A Norwegian national and Norwegian qualified lawyer, Nina maintains a close connection to the Nordic countries and is an active member of professional networks in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
