Marie is a Swiss-qualified lawyer specializing in international commercial and sports arbitration. She also handles contractual and corporate law matters and commercial cases.
Marie’s experience covers a wide variety of arbitration rules (including CAS, HKIAC, SIAC, Swiss Rules and ICC), national arbitration acts, and substantive laws (both civil and common law). She also has significant experience in representing foreign and domestic clients before the Swiss Courts.
Prior to joining Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, Marie worked for several years as an associate at a renowned law firm in Geneva where she advised and represented clients in civil, criminal and commercial disputes. In addition, she worked as a legal clerk at the Court of First Instance in Lausanne, specializing in employment law matters.
Marie holds a Master’s degree from the University of Geneva and an LL.M from the University of Hong Kong with a specialization in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. She is fluent in French, English, German and has basic knowledge of Italian.
