LKK Speaking Engagement

LKK partner Antonio Rigozzi and associate Fabrice Robert-Tissot were invited to speak at a conference organized by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Turkey (SCCT) on the theme “A Practitioner’s Approach to Proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)”, which was held in Istanbul on 9 November 2016.

The other members of the distinguished panel of speakers were Ms Carole Malinvaud, Partner, Gide Loyrette Nouel (Paris) and Member of the International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS), and Dr Despina Mavromati, Head of Research and Mediation at CAS.

The presentations covered topics such as the structure of the CAS, appeals proceedings, the applicable substantive law in CAS arbitration and the work of the Ad Hoc Division at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
