LKK Partner elected to the ASA Board

LKK partner Sébastien Besson was elected as a new member to the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA)’s Board for the upcoming (2017-2019) term.

 

A non-profit association devoted to the promotion and development of international arbitration in Switzerland and abroad, ASA has become, since its creation in 1974, one of the world’s leading organizations in the field. It has more than 1,200 members among which many eminent arbitration practitioners and academics, a third of which are from outside Switzerland.

 

The Board is responsible for defining ASA’s long term objectives as well as devising strategies to achieve them, and providing guidance on issues of concern to the association. It is composed of a maximum of 25 members, including the President and the Vice-President, all elected for 3 year terms.
